For Graco (global baby products company), we had a different challenge. We learned through extensive interviews with expecting Moms that the number one resource for advice was her own mother and grandmother~W45+. We set about creating an experience that facilitated sharing, dialogue and education, framing Graco as a trusted parenting resource. The nuts and bolts? A dynamic digital experience, an innovative full-service eCommerce platform, social media, new product imagery, a brand style guide, and multiple offline customer database integrations that fueled an insights pipeline for future product innovations.
