United Way

The United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta needed to undergo a digital transformation to increase relevance, empower engagement and communicate credibility for a city on the move. BRANDfit partners designed a three-year digital strategy for UWMA, including a scalable framework for new IT solutions, integrated marketing strategies and a data & analytics toolkit. The strategy targeted family matriarchs (W45+) with emotive messaging delivered via social and a new email automation platform. The project also included internal team workshops and training to help regain alignment on the organization’s “Why” in a competitive new environment.
